Mosolyka and Sankó are seeking investors
Doctors gave Fanny only 18 years to live due to a genetic disease, yet she has already doubled that expectation. Known as Mosolyka, a nickname that reflects her constant smile despite her challenges, she wears her wheelchair with the same grace that others wear high heels.
Together with her partner, Sankó, they currently lease and manage the Canaan in Tenerife aparthotel. This enchanting 40-room hotel, boasting stunning ocean and mountain views along with a heated pool, is set on a breathtaking 7,000 sqm estate on the Canary Islands.
Mosolyka and Sankó are on a mission to purchase this property and transform it into their dream-fulfilling motivational paradise – a spiritual retreat and educational center. They are making this happen with the support of investors.

There are no coincidences, only the synchronicity of fate.
What follows is the fairytale-like true story of Mosolyka and Sankó.
Fanny: “I almost died”
We never thought we’d leave Hungary; we were living in a beautiful lakeside community that felt like a dream. But when I got COVID and nearly died, everything changed for Sankó and me. After leaving the hospital and realizing we had survived, we asked ourselves the big question: „Okay, but what would truly make us happy for the rest of our lives?” We realized we wanted to live somewhere with endless sunshine, no cold, no snow – because we never want to feel the chill again.

Sankó: “Let the sun always shine on her”
We visited a friend in Tenerife, but even before we landed, I turned to Fanny on the plane and said, “This will be our new home.” The next day, our host’s wife approached us, saying a neighbor was wondering if we’d like to come back for three weeks while they had to leave the island.
So, we returned. Every day, our friend Péter would take Fanny down a few floors to an apartment with the best sun exposure, so she could soak in the sunshine. As she sat there, Fanny thought, „How wonderful it would be if this were my place, where I could just roll out in my wheelchair and always be bathed in sunlight.”
Fanny: “An apartment with just 1000€”
We hired a real estate agent to find us a nice little apartment in the Tenerife complex where we had spent those three magical weeks. And guess what? He found one for €215,000 – and it was the exact spot where I had spent so many sunny hours. We said yes on the spot, even though we had barely €1000 in our pocket. We needed a 10% deposit within a week.

Sankó: “parking spot into a deposit”
To gather the deposit, we sold the surface parking space that came with our apartment back in Hungary, located in a prestigious residential area where well-off families live.
We simply approached people on the street: “We have a parking spot for sale, interested?” The first person was keen right away for €5,000. Then we tried again, quoting a slightly higher price. In the end, it sold for €15,000 – we topped it up a bit, and just like that, we had our deposit ready.
Fanny: “property through email”
To cover the cost of our Tenerife apartment, we had to sell our Hungarian property within three months. I sent out emails to my 30,000-strong mailing list, and Sankó blanketed the neighborhood with flyers. We got a serious buyer from the email, but unfortunately, his wife had a stroke on their way to view the apartment. I had already written them off, but a week later, Sankó decided to give them a call. Thankfully, the lady recovered, and in the end, we sold our apartment to them.

Sankó: “Fanny’s Dream”
(Or let’s call it reality?)
We had just moved into our Tenerife home.
Not long after, Fanny had a dream. In the early morning, she nudged me half-asleep in bed: “Sankó, Sankó, I dreamed that we weren’t living in this apartment anymore, but on a much bigger estate, in a much larger place, and so many people came there. It became really famous and well-known, with lots of programs and events, but it took a lot of planning and perseverance, and then it was really, really amazing.”
She drifted back into her dream but asked me to “really” remember her words. Of course, by morning, I had forgotten everything.
Sankó: “Can’t be a coincidence”
We didn’t just sit back; we renovated our Tenerife apartment and started renting out half of it on Booking.com. Then our first guest arrived and rented half of our place. She told us that she had a dream about us, where we no longer lived in this small apartment, but on a grand estate that was famous and well-known, attracting people from all over the world. That’s when Fanny’s dream hit me. Both women had dreamt the exact same thing. This couldn’t be a coincidence.

Fanny: “How…?”
One day, Sankó casually said he didn’t see us growing old in our small Tenerife apartment. I asked him, “Then where?” He replied, “In Tenerife, on a hillside with ocean views, a pool, and when we look up at the ceiling, we’ll see the stars – there will be a glass section of the roof where we can see the blue sky.” That’s when Sankó, out of sheer curiosity, started browsing high-end properties. I asked, “How do you imagine this?”
He said it’s not about the purchase but about expanding our perspective and gaining experience – understanding what’s on offer at this level is valuable knowledge. And he was right.
Sankó: “Of course…”
The first big property we went to see, despite sporting Fanny’s favorite turquoise colors, was a disappointment – run-down and nothing like the photos. We walked out and told the agent, “Let’s look at something bigger, something more expensive.
We don’t mind if it costs a lot more, but it has to have that wow factor.” We assured him that we had investors around us, and we’d find a way to make it work. The next day, our agent happened to be having coffee with an old colleague who mentioned a large estate and asked if he knew anyone who might be interested. To that, our agent said, “Well, of course, the Fannys…”

Fanny: “Mental Programmings”
We went to see this large estate, and as the nearly 90-year-old owner opened the gates for us, Sankó, sitting in the car, asked me, “Fanny, what do you feel when you look at this place?”
I replied, “It feels like he could have been my grandfather in another life.” Sankó then said, “For me, it’s as if we had already agreed long ago that we’d meet here and make this deal happen.” Whether it was true or not, right there in the car, we did a bit of mental programming.
Fanny: “From 1000 to a milion”
When we first saw the property, we both agreed it was beautiful, with breathtaking ocean views. But our thoughts weren’t about how much money we’d make here; they were about how many thousands of people we could help through self-discovery programs. The property price is €3.5 million, and we started this journey with barely €1000 to our name. Yet, in just 7 months, we’ve already raised €1 million and have nearly 150 investors backing us. We’re counting on you too!

Sandy Gallagher…
Mosolyka and a Tenerife aparthotel are waiting for you – together, with your support, this place could transform into a dream-fulfilling motivational paradise and even a Blue Zone.
Let’s create Tenerife’s first “Blue Zone” together.
As you may know “Blue Zones” are places where people live longer, happier, and healthier lives than anywhere else in the world. So far, only five Blue Zones have been identified globally.
But these special places can also be created intentionally, and the Canaan in Tenerife estate offers the perfect setting for it. Here, people can recharge, elevate their inner strength to the maximum, and turn their boldest dreams into reality. Because those who live longer are often the ones who dare to act, help themselves, and uplift those around them.
“You decide what you make of your life and your opportunities.”
This gem of wisdom was a gift from Fanny’s mother early on.
Mosolyka is the living embodiment of perseverance, inspiring millions with her approach to life. She’s the author of five books and even graced the cover of Forbes Hungary.
Her posts, writings, messages, and motivational talks spark positive, society-shaping conversations both in Hungary and around the globe. Her next big step is creating the Canaan in Tenerife Wellbeing Retreats. As an investor, you now have the power to decide what you’ll make of this opportunity.

Aparthotel VS. Educational Center
Let the numbers talk: here’s how dividends could reach 17%

If Canaan in Tenerife continues to operate as an aparthotel
Renting a basic hotel room for €200 per night means that whether it’s a single guest or a family of four, that room generates €1,000 in just 5 days.

If it becomes Wellbeing Retreats of Canaan in Tenerife
Just imagine: What if we shifted to a different concept and offered retreat programs?
Charging €1,000 per person for a 5-night program in shared 4-bed rooms would mean that the same room, which previously brought in €1,000, would now generate €4,000
